Funds are not to be used for administrative costs, including but not limited to ongoing, operational or overhead expenses associated with the day-to-day running of organisations, wages of any kind, rent, stationery, electricity, utilities, monthly accounts, debts and costs associated with general-use/pool vehicles.

4. Agreement with Court Fund guidelines

I, (Name) on behalf of (Organisation), confirm our agreement to the Court Fund Guidelines should this application be successful, including: (1) to use Court Fund only for the direct benefit of Victorian community members, (2) not to use Court Fund to cover administrative costs, including but not limited to ongoing, operational or overhead expenses associated with the day-to-day running of organisations, wages of any kind, rent, stationery, electricity, utilities, monthly accounts, debts and costs associated with general-use/pool vehicles, and, (3) to meet MCV Court Funds' reporting requirements *
